Lead Forward is designed to empower young people of color by providing comprehensive leadership development, mentorship, and community engagement. The program focuses on building key skills such as public speaking, critical thinking, and teamwork, while also offering tracks in workforce readiness, social justice advocacy, and personal empowerment. Through mentorship from diverse professionals, participants gain personalized guidance and real-world experience. Engaged in community service and advocacy projects, youth are prepared to become leaders and active change-makers in their communities, equipped to navigate their future careers and advocate for social change.
LEAD FORWARD
EmpowerWell is a unified program designed to address both physical and mental well-being, substance abuse prevention, and health equity within marginalized communities. By combining key elements from previous health initiatives, EmpowerWell offers targeted interventions, health literacy education, and resources to promote healthier lifestyles. The program focuses on reducing delinquency, addressing substance abuse, and closing health disparity gaps through a comprehensive, streamlined approach. EmpowerWell provides specific tracks that target prevention, mental health support, and equitable access to healthcare, ensuring that individuals in underserved communities receive the tools and support needed to thrive.
